We may require photographic evidence of the issue before processing your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot process refunds to any payment method other than that which you used for the original order.
